I have been working with the Canadian Biogas Association for nearly 10 years. This layout of the site is no longer online. The site is built on ExpressionEngine (my favourite CMS) and it has been visited over 1 million times over the past 10 years or so. Over the past year we've been updating and adjusting the code. Cleaning up the database and other general maintenance tasks. I really enjoy working on this one.

Many years ago, when I started freelancing, I was lucky to land this gig where I would be the architect of the site starting right from the get go. What a fantastic learning experience it has been. There have been leadership changes, major site redesigns, refocuses and updates. This is one of those projects where you gain real world experience. I’ve learned so many lessons with this client. One of the biggest lessons is communication. There have been moments of tension, uncertainty and frustration. But we’ve pushed through it, I believe both the client and I have grown and cultivated a relationship that is open and sincere. I hope to continue working with this client for many years to come.
